Full-time and part-time care are paid in advance. There is no rate reduction for absences, fewer days, or less time used. Parents should provide two weeks’ notice to reduce scheduled hours or terminate care.

A straightforward start
Contact Teida to discuss availability, your child’s needs, and whether the program is a good fit. Visits and enrollment conversations should be arranged directly with Teida.
There is no two-week deposit or prepayment requirement to hold a childcare spot.
Enrollment includes required health, emergency, authorization, immunization or exemption, and other applicable records.
Required enrollment medical forms and addenda are due within 15 days of enrollment. Completed records are submitted privately and are never published on the website.
The process
Adjustment period: Each newly enrolled child has a 30-day adjustment period.

The program is closed on federal holidays, with no refunds or rate reductions for holiday closures. Standard overtime is $1 per minute per child. Parent emergency after-hours care is $35 per hour per child, and impaired pickup requiring an alternate emergency pickup is $3 per minute per child.
